Racha in Thai means king. To perfect the complex flavors of our new-to-the-world Sriracha sauces, we took on the challenge of cultivating our own chili peppers from the ground up on our organic farm. Meticulously cultivated and hand selected, our Racha pepper has earned its title as the King of Peppers.
